EASTER HIGH BRUNCH
Savour four indulgent layers of Easter goodness, starting with toasted hot cross buns, sourdough, Danish pastries, and sweet treats like Easter bunny shortbread and chocolate brownie caramel eggs.
Fresh, vibrant flavours follow — including chia seed parfait with mango and coconut yoghurt, and a strawberry & watermelon salad with pomegranate and basil.
Continue the feast with an abundant cheese & charcuterie spread featuring baked ham, smoked salmon rillettes, pepperoni salami, French brie, smoked Provolone, Manchego, pear chutney and red currant jelly.
Finish with a selection of eggs and mains — from grilled zucchini with poached eggs and hollandaise to avocado toast with poached prawn, a spinach & spring onion frittata, and corn fritters with streaky bacon and crème fraîche.
